Tip Sheet #7: Identifying Emotions 2

Naming what one feels is not always easy.  The easiest feeling words for one to think of are happy, mad, sad, and glad.  However, these four words do not always describe the exact feeling in the best way.  Below, is a list of feeling words to help you better name what you are feeling.
